So I exhort the elders among you, as a fellow elder and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, as well as a partaker in the glory that is going to be revealed: shepherd the flock of God that is among you, exercising oversight, not under compulsion, but willingly, as God would have you; not for shameful gain, but eagerly; not domineering over those in your charge, but being examples to the flock. And when the chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the unfading crown of glory.
— 1 Peter 5:1-4

We follow a plural leadership model. That means we consider that Jesus is the Senior Pastor of this church, and we are His 'under shepherds'. We also follow a structured team approach, which means we acknowledge that God has shaped each pastor differently according to His own purposes.

Some of our pastors are bi-vocational, which means they serve the church to the best of their ability around providing for the needs of their family through other paid employment. Others of our pastoral team are financially supported by the church family to various degrees, some full-time and others part-time.

Each of our pastors are leaders among equals and serve within their specific areas of gifting and responsibility.
